All new team members are required to attend a New Team Member Orientation meeting located at our Corporate office where they are given a solid foundation of Anthony’s culture and expectations.

We believe that ongoing team member training is critical to our success and the success of each team member. Employees may be asked to participate in such training (or re-training) and some training may be mandatory (for which you will be compensated). Anthony’s offers a Menu of Unique Training Opportunities for our team members to further their knowledge about the Company and our products.

Some of the highly interactive training sessions we offer include:

Rick’s Wine Training

A 16 hour course taught by our Owner and President, Rick Ghio focusing on the   nuances of wine and understanding the value of   selecting the right wine to compliment our signature items.

Server Training

Working as a food server includes skills as an Actor, Salesperson, Negotiator and Artist. During these 10 hours of training, we share the art of waiting tables and how to treat each and every guest as the most important person at the restaurant.

Dining Room Coordinator (DRC) Training

The way you carry yourself speaks louder than words! We’ve created a series of workshops (6 hours in total) to help share the keys to success in this very important position.
