Deb Server La Mesa Grotto	“I was hired in August of 1999 as a Server and promoted to Lead Server after six months. Over the years, I’ve accepted titles as Company Marketer and Manager of Duty and currently hold titles of Corporate Trainer and Certified Wine Trainer."

Tomas Maintenance San Diego Grotto	“I was hired in August of 1990 as a Dishwasher. I am now in charge of the maintenance and receiving for the San Diego Grotto."

Roberto Busser Chula Vista Grotto	“I was hired in November of 1990 as a Dishwasher and was promoted to Busser and then to Lead Busser.”

Bree Dining Room Coordinator (DRC) La Mesa Grotto	“I was hired in June of 2003 as a DRC but I also work in the retail fish market at La Mesa."
